The videos you make are yours

Any file, image, audio, or video you render or export using Zestial is your own work. We claim no copyright or other interest in it, and place no restriction whatsoever on its use. Your output may be used, distributed, sold, and exploited commercially by anyone, for any purpose, without attribution or further permission.

Releases, reels, paid client work, a label's entire back catalogue. All fine, and none of it needs to be run past us.

The app itself

Zestial is free to use and runs entirely in your browser. The software and its source code remain the property of the author and are not currently published. See the FAQ on where that's headed. Using the app grants you no rights in the software itself.

This is the only distinction that matters here. The software is ours. The things you make with it are entirely yours.
